How much does Accessly charge?

Accepted Answer

No monthly fees. Accessly charges a percentage per ticket sold, only when you actually sell. If you don't sell, you don't pay anything. You can see the exact rates when you request organizer access.

Can I publish my event today?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your organizer access is enabled, you can set up and publish your event in minutes. We review every organizer request within 48 hours and let you know by email.

How do I get paid?

Accessly integrates local payment methods. In the dashboard you see your balance in real time, download reports, and payouts reach your account with their receipt, according to the payment cycle agreed when you sign up.

Can I have multiple ticket types and presales?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You create as many types as you need (General, VIP, Table, etc.) and within each one you define sales phases with prices and capacity that change automatically by date or stock. You can also open a presale with pre-registration or a manual approval list before selling to the public.

Can I connect my own pixels and measure campaigns?

Yes. You can connect Google Analytics 4, Google Ads with its conversion tag, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. All four funnel steps fire —viewing the event, adding to cart, starting checkout and purchasing— with the name each platform expects, so your campaigns optimize on real sales. You set them up once for your organization and all your events inherit them, or you set different ones for a specific event.

Can I sell add-ons as well as tickets?

Yes. You can sell drinks, food, combos or any product along with tickets, and buyers get a QR code for each one. On event day your team redeems them with the same scanner that validates tickets, and you decide who scans what: only tickets, only add-ons or both. You build your menus once, with price and stock, and copy them to every event. Add-ons have their own commission, separate from tickets.

Can I run a free or corporate event?

Yes. When you create the event you choose whether it's paid, free or corporate. In free and corporate events attendees don't pay: they get their QR ticket just like at any event, with the same entry control, capacity limits and attendee data. Since there are no sales, instead of a commission there's a fee per ticket issued, with an initial tier at no cost.

Can I have my own domain and brand?

Yes. Your organization gets its own address on Accessly (yourorganization.accessly.cl) with your logo, colors and public page. It's your "home" where all your events live, perfect for sharing on social media and in your Instagram bio. Plus, each event can have its own address (summernight.accessly.cl) that always points to the current edition: share it once and it works for the next ones too.

Does Accessly help me sell more?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get email campaigns to your buyer base, automatic reminders, abandoned purchase recovery, an ambassador program with points for referrals, discount codes, raffles and analytics with attribution by channel (UTM) and Meta, Google and TikTok pixels.

Can I raffle tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You create the raffle by choosing which ticket is given away, how many winners there are and how many tickets each one gets, and you share a public link where people sign up. At the time you set, Accessly picks the winners at random and emails them their QR ticket, without you having to do anything. Raffled tickets don't count against your sales capacity, and everyone who signed up —winner or not— joins your audience for your next events.

Can I add my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You invite your team with role-based permissions: who scans at the door, who sees sales, who answers support or handles finance. Each person logs in with their own account.

What if I need to refund a buyer?

Accepted Answer

You refund from the dashboard, ticket by ticket: if someone bought three and you only refund one, the other two stay valid. The refunded spot goes back on sale automatically and the buyer gets notified automatically.

What if the attendee is the one who wants to return their ticket?

Accepted Answer

You can turn on "Purchase Protection" for your event: buyers pay an optional premium and, if they later can't attend, they request a refund within the deadline and Accessly handles it. That support load doesn't land on you, returned tickets become available again and you also get a share of what's charged for the protection.

Can my attendees resell their ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you turn it on for your event. Resale happens within Accessly: whoever can't attend lists their ticket, the buyer pays in the same checkout, and the previous ticket is voided when the new one is issued. That prevents social media scams and entry control stays in your hands.

How do I handle my attendees' questions?

Accepted Answer

Each event has its own support inbox. Your attendees write to you from the Help center, follow the conversation and get your replies by email; they can attach screenshots or receipts and your team can leave internal notes. If the question is about the platform, you pass it on to Accessly, and you can also write to us from your dashboard.
