User Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026 · Version 2.1

These terms govern the use of Accessly by people who buy tickets and add-ons. If you organize events and sell through the platform, the Organizer Terms and Conditions also apply to you.

1. Identification and acceptance

Accessly (hereinafter, “the Platform”) is operated by ACCESSLY SPA, RUT (Chilean tax ID) 78.439.192-2, with its registered address at Badajoz 100, oficina 1014, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile (hereinafter, “Accessly”). Contact: soporte@accessly.cl.

By creating an account, buying a ticket or using the Platform in any way, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

By using Accessly you declare that you are at least 18 years old and you give your free, prior, express and informed consent. If you are a minor, you need the authorization of your mother, father or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your use of the service and for the purchases made. In addition, many events have their own age restriction, set by the Organizer and checked at the door.

2. What Accessly is and what it is not

Accessly is a technology intermediation platform that allows event organizers (hereinafter, “Organizers”) to publish their events and sell tickets and add-ons to end buyers (hereinafter, “Users” or “Attendees”).

Accessly does not organize the events. It acts on behalf and for the account of the Organizer, providing publication, sales, collection and access control services. The Organizer is solely responsible for the production, content, safety, entry conditions, holding, postponement or cancellation of the event, as well as for setting prices, capacity, age restrictions and its refund policy.

Accordingly, and without prejudice to the obligations Accessly assumes for its own services, the Organizer is the provider of the event to you for the purposes of Ley N.° 19.496 sobre Protección de los Derechos de los Consumidores (Chile’s Consumer Protection Act).

3. Your account

  • You can buy as a guest for most events, but some features —balance, points, resale, ticket history— require an account.
  • The information you provide must be truthful, complete and up to date. Accessly does not verify the accuracy of the information you enter and is not liable for the consequences of incorrect data: a ticket sent to a misspelled email address arrives at that address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • You can close your account whenever you want. Closing it does not cancel purchases already made or pending obligations, and some data is retained due to legal or accounting obligations.

4. Buying tickets

  • The price you see includes Accessly’s service fee. There are no hidden additional charges: the breakdown is shown before you pay.
  • While you complete your purchase, the tickets are held for a limited time —the timer is shown on screen—. If it runs out, the hold is released and the tickets become available to everyone else again.
  • The Organizer may set a maximum number of tickets per person or per purchase, and may make the sale conditional on a guest list, presale or invitation.
  • The purchase is completed only when the payment method confirms the transaction. Until then the order is pending and may expire. If the payment is declined or not confirmed, the order is voided and the tickets become available again.
  • Review your order details before confirming: event, date, ticket type, quantity and delivery email. Reviewing that information is your responsibility.
  • Accessly does not guarantee ticket availability until the purchase is confirmed, nor that a price or sales phase will remain in effect indefinitely.

5. Your tickets and the QR code

  • Once the payment is confirmed you receive your tickets by email, in digital format with a QR code, and they are available under “My tickets” in your account.
  • The ticket is valid only for the event, date, time and type indicated, and is subject to the latest entry time set by the Organizer.
  • Each QR code can be used only once. Once scanned at the entrance it becomes invalid. For security reasons, the code may rotate periodically: the valid version is always the one shown on the Platform.
  • Take care of your QR code as you would a physical ticket. Whoever presents it first at the door gets in. Accessly does not replace tickets lost through a shared screenshot, a social media post or any other form of disclosure made by you.
  • When the Organizer requires it, the ticket is personal and non-transferable: the details of the person attending are requested —name, ID document or others— and entry may be conditional on them matching the identification shown at the door.
  • Entry to, stay in and removal from the venue are governed by the rules of the Organizer and of the venue. They may refuse entry in accordance with the law and those rules.

6. Sending a ticket to someone else

You can send a ticket you bought to another person from “My tickets”, when the event allows it. When you do, a new QR code is issued in the name of the recipient and the previous one is no longer valid.

Once sent, the ticket is no longer under your control: you cannot get it back or request a refund for it, because it now belongs to someone else. If the event requires attendee details, you must provide them when sending it. Sending a ticket is free and not for profit; selling a ticket outside the Platform is prohibited (clause 14).

7. Gifts, complimentary tickets and raffles

  • Gift links: the Organizer may hand out links that allow you to get a ticket at no cost. They are personal, have a limited number of uses and an expiration date, and run out once used.
  • Complimentary tickets: tickets issued directly by the Organizer, free of charge. They do not give a right to a refund, because no payment was made.
  • Raffles: the rules, deadlines and selection criteria belong to the Organizer. If the person selected does not confirm within the deadline, their ticket may be reassigned. Tickets obtained through a raffle are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
  • Accessly provides the tool; the decision of who receives a gift, wins a raffle or is invited is always the Organizer’s.

8. Accessly Balance

The Accessly Balance is an amount prepaid by you, linked to your account, which you can use as a payment method within the Platform. It is governed by the following rules:

  • Top-up: the balance is credited only when the top-up payment is confirmed by the payment method used. Starting a top-up does not by itself credit any balance.
  • Use: it can be used to pay for tickets, add-ons and resale tickets within Accessly, on its own or combined with another payment method when it does not cover the full purchase amount.
  • Hold during a purchase: while a purchase is in progress, the part of the balance that covers it is held and cannot be used for another one. If the payment is not completed, the hold is released automatically.
  • No expiration: the balance does not expire or decrease due to account inactivity.
  • No withdrawals or transfers: the balance cannot be sent to a bank account, withdrawn in cash or transferred to another user. Its only use is to pay within the Platform.
  • No interest: the balance does not earn interest, inflation adjustments or returns of any kind.
  • Nature: the Accessly Balance is not a deposit, an electronic money instrument or a financial product, and it is not backed by any government guarantee.
  • History: you can check your balance and all its transactions at any time in the “My balance” section of your account.
  • Corrections: Accessly may adjust your balance to correct errors —for example, a top-up credited twice— or in the event of proven fraud. Every adjustment is recorded with its reason and is visible in your history.
  • Account closure: if you close your account with a remaining balance, you can request its refund by writing to soporte@accessly.cl. The refund is made to the same payment method used for the top-up.

9. Accessly Points

  • Accessly may offer you an ambassador link to share an event. If someone buys tickets using your link, you earn points at the rate in effect at the time of the sale.
  • Points are redeemed for tickets within the Platform, subject to availability, the redemption rate in effect and any per-event limits indicated.
  • Points are not money: they have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, converted into cash or balance, or inherited.
  • If a purchase that generated points is refunded or voided, the corresponding points are reversed. If that reversal leaves your points balance negative, the difference is deducted from the points you earn afterwards.
  • Self-referrals and using your own link to buy for yourself are not allowed. Accessly may cancel points obtained through fraudulent or automated means, or contrary to these terms, and suspend participation in the program.
  • Accessly may change the rates, limits and conditions of the program, or discontinue it, giving reasonable prior notice. Points already earned may be redeemed during the period stated in that notice.

10. Ticket resale between users

When the Organizer enables it, you can list a ticket you bought so that another person can purchase it through Accessly. The ticket changes holder and a new QR code is issued; the previous one is no longer valid. The resale price is capped at the maximum set by the Organizer for that event.

From the amount paid by the buyer, Accessly retains a service fee and distributes the rest between the seller and the Organizer, according to the percentages in effect at the time of listing, which are shown to you before you confirm. Payment to the seller is processed 72 hours after the event ends and is made by bank transfer within the following 10 business days, to the account the seller has registered. The period is counted from the end of the event and not from the sale, because the payment is made with the buyer’s money and a chargeback may occur later. Accessly may pay earlier than these periods and reserves the right to withhold payment in the event of active disputes or suspected fraud.

The buyer may pay for the resale with their Accessly Balance, in full or in part. This does not change the amount or timing of the payment to the seller.

Listing a ticket does not guarantee that it will sell. While it is listed you can withdraw it, unless a purchase is already in progress. If the transaction is refunded, the resold ticket is voided and the pending payment to the seller is cancelled. Tickets bought through resale are not covered by the purchase protection described in clause 12, nor do they inherit any protection the seller may have purchased.

11. Add-ons

Some events sell add-ons —drinks, cocktails, combos or other products— to be redeemed during the event. When you pay you receive one or more QR codes, depending on whether you choose to separate them by product or group them together, and you redeem them by presenting them at the event’s redemption point.

  • Each QR code is redeemed in full, in a single redemption: the staff serving you do not choose quantities or leave pending balances.
  • The products, prices, stock and service hours are set by the Organizer, who is also solely responsible for delivering what was purchased and for complying with applicable regulations, including those governing the sale of alcohol and the prohibition on selling it to minors.
  • Add-ons are not refundable, transferable or resellable, and are valid only during the event for which they were purchased.
  • If a product sells out between your payment and the issuing of the codes, no vouchers are issued and a refund of the amount paid for that purchase is initiated.

12. Purchase Protection

“Purchase Protection” (Protege tu compra) is an additional, optional, paid service that Accessly offers during checkout for some events. It is not insurance or a financial product: it is a refund management service provided directly by Accessly to whoever purchases it.

  • By purchasing it, you can request a refund of the value of your tickets if you ultimately cannot attend, without having to explain why, within the time window indicated when you purchase it (requests close a few hours before the event starts).
  • Its price is calculated on the value of the tickets, with a minimum and a maximum per ticket and per purchase. The exact amount is shown before you confirm and is charged together with the purchase.
  • The price of the service is not refunded: it pays for coverage during the period, whether or not it is used. The refund covers the value of the tickets.
  • It is offered only up to a certain time before the event and on purchases above a minimum amount. It is not offered on free tickets, complimentary tickets, raffles, add-ons or resale purchases.
  • The refund is requested from “My tickets” and is processed to the original payment method or to your Accessly Balance, as you choose and in accordance with clause 13.

13. Refunds, changes and event cancellation

Refunds depend first on each Organizer’s policy, shown on the event page. In the absence of a specific policy, the following applies:

  • Event cancellation: refund of 100% of the amount paid, including the service fee. The refund is funded by the Organizer and managed by Accessly with the funds collected for the event.
  • Postponement or substantial change to the date, time, venue or features of the event: you may request a refund within 48 hours of the change being announced.
  • Change of mind: under Article 3 bis of Ley N.° 19.496, Accessly and the Organizer expressly exclude the right of withdrawal (derecho a retracto) for purchases of tickets and add-ons. Once the purchase is confirmed, no changes or refunds are accepted due to the buyer’s mistake in choosing the event, date, type or quantity. If you want flexibility, purchase “Purchase Protection” at the time of buying.
  • Purchases paid with Accessly Balance: the part paid with balance is always refunded to your balance, immediately, because that money did not come from a charge to your card. The part paid with another method may be refunded to that method or to your balance, as you choose when requesting it.
  • Tickets that were sent on, resold, complimentary, won in a raffle or free do not give the person who transferred them or obtained them without payment a right to a refund.

Refunds are made through the same channel used for payment, except for the part paid with balance. When the refund is made to your Accessly Balance, it is immediate. When it is made to the original payment method, it depends on the financial institution’s processing times; the maximum time for Accessly to process it is 20 business days from the approval of the request.

Tickets obtained outside Accessly —through another channel, a contest or directly from the Organizer— must be handled with whoever provided them, even if the code was issued by our Platform.

To request a refund, use the option available in “My tickets” or write to soporte@accessly.cl with your order number.

14. Prohibited conduct

  • Reselling tickets outside Accessly, or above the maximum price allowed for that event (“scalping”). Resale through the Platform, under the terms of clause 10, is authorized.
  • Buying tickets for commercial resale, or using bots, scripts or any automated means to acquire them, skip queues or exceed per-person limits.
  • Forging, duplicating, altering or selling QR codes, or attempting to enter with a code that does not belong to you.
  • Using false information, impersonating another person or creating multiple accounts to get around limits, blocks or entry rules.
  • Filing unfounded charges, chargebacks or claims with your bank regarding legitimate purchases.
  • Copying, downloading, modifying, decompiling or reusing the content, software or design of the Platform, or extracting data in bulk.
  • Interfering with the operation of the service, overloading it, breaching its security measures or accessing other users’ information.
  • Publishing or transmitting unlawful, offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the Platform’s features.

15. Account suspension and closure

Accessly may suspend or close your account, void purchases and block tickets when there is serious evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, impersonation, use of unauthorized payment methods, or when required by a competent authority. Before taking a definitive measure we will try to notify you and give you the opportunity to explain, unless urgency or the law dictates otherwise.

If your account is closed for reasons not attributable to you, you keep your right to the tickets validly purchased and to a refund of any unused balance.

16. Communications

  • You will receive transactional emails —purchase confirmation, tickets, event reminders, balance notices, changes and refunds—. They are part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have active purchases.
  • You will receive marketing communications from Accessly or from the event’s Organizer only if you authorized them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email, without affecting your purchases.
  • After the event we may send you an experience survey. Answering it is voluntary.

17. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

For the event to work, the Organizer of the event you bought receives the necessary data from your purchase —name, email, tickets purchased and any fields it required, such as an ID document when entry is personal—. The Organizer is responsible for how it uses that data and may only send you marketing communications if you authorized it. If you have a problem with this, write to us and we will help you address it.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to soporte@accessly.cl.

18. Intellectual property

The software, design, Accessly brand, texts and other elements of the Platform are the property of Accessly or its licensors, and are protected by Chilean law and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property. The content of each event —images, names, flyers— belongs to the Organizer or to whoever holds the rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any right over them to you, beyond the personal use of the Platform.

19. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the Platform available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruption. There may be maintenance, third-party failures —payment methods, email providers, infrastructure— or events beyond our control.

Accessly is liable for its own services: the sale, the issuing of tickets, the collection of payments and access control. It is not liable for the event: not for whether it takes place, its content, quality, safety, delays or changes, nor for any damage or loss occurring during it, which are the responsibility of the Organizer and the venue.

Nothing in the foregoing limits the rights that Ley N.° 19.496 and other mandatory public-policy rules grant you as a consumer.

20. Support and complaints

Write to us at soporte@accessly.cl or use the support channel available on your event’s page. We answer questions about purchases, tickets, balance and refunds.

When the complaint is about the event itself —what happened, what was promised, what was not delivered—, we forward it to the Organizer, who is the one able to resolve it. This does not prevent you from going to SERNAC (Chile’s National Consumer Service) or to the courts.

21. Changes

Accessly may change these terms. Changes are published on this page with their date and version, and apply from publication to subsequent purchases. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the Platform. Purchases already made are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of justice, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer protection law, including the option of going to SERNAC and to the local police courts (juzgados de policía local).

If any clause of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
